LAMB OF GOD - LION OF JUDAH
© Carlos Padilla. Easter 2011 -
14th Nissan - 18th April
Yahshua, Jesus Christ is the Lamb of God,
but He is also the Lion of Judah, better known as the King of kings, but also
less known as the Tree of Life in Eden, whose fruit inscribes us in the Lamb's Book of
Life, that is in The New Jerusalem. Passover is the true
feast of the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world. The holy feast
when for the first time, on the 14th of the month of Nisan, the Hebrew
people started their exodus from slavery to freedom, because God protected them
from the plague of the death of the firstborn with the blood of a lamb on
the lintel and on the two doorposts of their houses so the destroyer would not
strike them, Exodus 12:23. The blood of those lambs was the symbolic threshold
to the Blood of the Lamb of God, the Blood of Christ in our
lives, in those of us who have accepted, through the gift of faith, that one and
only sufficient sacrifice of the Son of God on the Cross of Calvary
that we would live free from bondage to sin and start our own
individual exodus in our life towards the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom that
belongs to the King of kings, the root of David, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
who has had victory to open the book and loose the seven seals before He
comes for His Church to establish Paradise, which we have access to through the
fruit of the tree of Life that inscribes us in the Lamb's Book of Life;
Revelation 5:5, 21:27 and 22:2.
If you have still not
received the Son of God as Saviour in your heart, before He returns, tell Jesus
Christ with your own words that you believe in Him, that you receive Him as your
Lord and Saviour right now, and that you believe that His Blood has cleansed you
from sin and made you a son/daughter of God. Ask Him to make
you be born again from His Spirit and place your life in His hands. Have
fellowship and be an active part of a Bible-based church where you will be
baptized announcing to the heavens that you have received Him, and take Holy
Supper regularly, like Jesus Christ did with the Apostles about two thousand
years ago, Mark 14:12. We will take it new in the Kingdom of God in the Marriage
of the Lamb, Revelation 19:9. Let this Easter week be Holy in your life and rejoice
in the presence of the Lord with your family and brethren in the faith while you
announce the Gospel - John 3:16 - to all those around you to save souls for the
glory of God, the Great Commission, and the priesthood of every believer. God
bless you my friend, brother/sister.
THE
LAMB OF GOD WHO TAKES AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD
The Lion of the tribe of
Judah who opens the prophetic seals in Revelation 5:5 is the Lamb of God who
takes away the sins of the world on the Cross where He had victory to accomplish the
fulfillment of all prophecies and the Salvation of the Church for eternity, For
God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes
in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16.
This verse, the most
important one in the whole Bible - since it summarizes the Gospel and God's
Salvation - holds two concepts whose true meaning may fade away when we read it and
that we must fully comprehend: "not perish" and "have everlasting life". The
celebration of Passover brings, through the work of the Cross of Christ, that
whoever believes in Him - it
does not say whoever "believed" or "shall believe", it says "believe" in present
tense, ongoing, a living faith - shall not perish. The Greek word in "apoletai",
which means to lose oneself entirely, to put an end to without any solution -
the reference to eternal hell. But the good news or Gospel is that whoever does
believe will have eternal life, i.e.: life next to the One who is the Life,
forever and entirely, in God's Paradise.
... “Behold! The Lamb of
God who takes away the sin of the world! ... John 1:29.
When John writes these words
in Koine Greek, the words "sin" and "world" are "amartian" and "kosmos", which
we could translate as "missing the target, error" and "universe, world, order".
This means that the Lamb of God takes away the error in our world, in our daily
and personal universe, and also that He will establish His universal order, of
the society of the Kingdom of God but, above all, the order in our lives.
Therefore, Jesus Christ is the order in our spiritual inner life that reflects
on the outside - I mean in our actions, the way we treat others, our deeds, the
love of God, a wholesome and thorough order, that takes away the mistaken order
in our lives setting up the order that He, as Creator, set up with His Holy
Spirit that we may have a precious relationship with our God and Father in His
Son, through the Spirit, starting here and now in this world and until eternity.
If we look at it from the
point of view of our health, He is our healer, our doctor. If we look at it from
the legal point of view, He is the "paraklito", the lawyer who defends us. In
the computer world, He would be the programmer who fixes a program code error,
an internet connection failure, etc, the one who makes everything work properly.
The specialized mechanic who fine-tunes a Formula 1 car to win after the pit
stop. The carpenter that restores an old piece of furniture and hands it over to
its owner in an immaculate state. The teacher, father or friend who teaches us to
fix our relationships and our targets in life. And, of course, the
true spiritual guide who keeps us away
from heresy, cults and emotional abuse, the one who restores our spirit and
gives us the strength to love our neighbour with a new heart like His.
The Lamb of God takes away
the sin of the whole world. God loves us and forgives our sins. Then, how is it
that according to the Bible so many people go to hell in condemnation if their
sins have been taken away, forgiven? If you had never confronted the reality of
this Bible statement, the Scripture of the Spirit tells us why.
The only sin that is not
forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. This means that those who sin out
of their own straight-forward and determined will do
not love God, neither accept the love of the Son of God; those who do not love
Jesus Christ and do not receive Him as Saviour are those who shall spend
eternity in the lake of burning fire and brimstone after they are released from Hades.
The word "Hades" in Greek is the equivalent of "Pluto" in Latin - the planet
that has now been downgraded. This name means "the most distant",
the Greek and Roman god of the underworld, of the outer darkness. The soul of those who do not love God will be as distant from God as
Pluto is from the sun, throughout eternity. But another tense of the same verb
(pluto) means "the rich one". Jesus Christ warned us that it was difficult for
a rich man to enter the Kingdom of heaven, because he who is rich in "the
knowledge of the forbidden tree and his ego" has voluntarily walked away
from God towards Hades, and is in the midst of darkness. How many
people do we know who live daily in Hades in our society, in the darkness
of their underworld? All those who idolize their ego, who worship
themselves, will spend eternity in that terrible place where Jesus Christ says:
... there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth ... Matthew 24:51.
There is one and only sin
that condemns to spend eternity far away from God's love, in that hell: not
loving God and neither His Son Jesus Christ, who gave Himself in our place to
pay for our sins, as individuals and as humanity, system. cosmos, world order.
Every one of man's sins derive from this main sin. We live in the world without
God, even though it is governed by God, He has left it in our hands; and Adam
and Eve, human kind, Genesis 5:2, have left it in the devil's hands that we may
see for ourselves what living without God is. The result is the failure of human
species. Wars, famine, corruption, violence, hatred, selfishness, mercilessness. This will all be destroyed and God's new order will be established,
since victory has already been conquered in the Passover of Christ on the Cross of
Calvary that we are now commemorating. But we await for
new heavens and new earth where righteousness dwells. 2Peter 3:13.
Therefore Jesus Christ -
Yahshua - has victory over sin and the consequence is that the power of sin
disappears, and sin is what brings death
... for the wages of sin is death ... Romans 6:23, and the Word also says ... O
Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory? The sting of death
is sin, and the strength of sin is the law... 1Corinthians 15:55-56. Through the
work of the Son of God on the Cross that we celebrate in Easter, in Passover, we
receive the blessing of being delivered from the bondage of sin, because Christ
nailed the affidavit of our death sentence on the Cross in His Body and resurrected,
because He was God's Holy One, innocent, sinless,
cleansing us through faith in His redeeming work.
Christ's resurrection
shows His great victory in resurrection of the whole of human kind; of all those who have not been
caught up before they die on the day
He comes to establish the Kingdom of God, 1Thessalonians 4.17. ... Do not marvel at
this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His
voice and come forth—those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and
those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation... John 5:28-29.
The great fruit for Christ's death and resurrection: our life.
THE FRUIT OF PASSOVER - THE
TREE OF LIFE
The Lamb of God who takes
away the sin of the world is also that Tree in the centre of Eden where Eve did
not look for God, but His knowledge, in order to take it with her and live
separated from Him, to live in Hades. The Tree is the Lamb who takes away the sin as
the fruit of Passover in His passion for us to feed from Himself, through
repentance or change of mind, through faith, He feeds us from the Tree of life.
Again, the Tree that was in the centre of Eden and which could be eaten from,
but which Eve (meaning here our mind) coveted and mistook due to her error, "hamartia", and God gave her the part of the Tree for the
mind, God's moral, the Law: the knowledge of the science of good and evil,
whereby she died to her relationship with God the Father. Adam died spiritually
because he was rebellious towards his Father, and the whole of human kind as
well, inherited spiritual death from him,
when his mind, Eve, coveted knowledge in order to live by herself, separated
from God.
We see the evidence that
spiritual heritage is in the human race every single day, we do not have to look
very far, we see it in our daily lives. Human kind today lives the same way,
separated from God, but continues to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good
and evil and of every knowledge that they receive regularly from the
serpent, through the "science falsely so called", technology,
medicine... which are all good, but they are not used properly because they are
used without God and,
besides, they are all provisional, because society is ill with sin, fatally
wounded, since the global pandemic of sin has defiled everyone. The antidote is faith in the Blood of Christ that heals,
like a transfusion of holy Blood, the leukemia of sin that causes death. Jesus Christ
is the doctor of the spirit, soul and body.
He, the Door to return to
Eden, invites us to enter, and not only to fix our lives here and now in our
daily lives, for each of us in our own circumstances, but for eternity in: ... In My
Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go
to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come
again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John
14:2-3.
The Cross, made of wood from
a tree where Christ was crucified, is a symbol of the Tree of Eden on the moral
side, because Law kills by condemning whoever sins, and Christ took the burden
of our sins so that we would not have to, to show us true love and the fruit
of that Tree, the one of spiritual Life, of a personal and close friendship with
our God and Father, with our Lord Jesus Christ and with our best Friend the Holy
Spirit.
The third and last section
shows us how the Lamb of God becomes the Lion of Judah. from humble crucified
Lamb to victorious King that roars as Lion, King of the universe that He created
where all the prophecies He gave in His Word, The Bible, are fulfilled.
THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF
JUDAH
The Lion of the tribe of
Judah who opens the seals in Revelation 5:5 is the Lamb of God that takes away
the sin of the world on the Cross. Judah "He be praised", Him, God.
The story of Judah starts
with a fact that would not only have the effect of saving the people of
Israel during the seven years of famine, but also allowed Joseph to
save Egypt and the surrounding people from dying in the famine. A real symbol of
the fact that, through Judah and Joseph - the one of the lineage and the one who
was despised by his
brothers - we are also saved, Jews and Gentiles, through God's salvation plan.
... Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will
neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 You worship what you do not
know; we know what we worship, for salvation is from the Jews.
23 But the hour is coming, and
now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth;
for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
24 God is Spirit, and those who
worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:21.
Judah intercedes for Joseph so his brothers do not kill him, and convinces them
to sell him. By doing so, he leaves Joseph's destiny in
God's hands, delivering him from death, and that meant Israel was saved when the
famine came for seven years. Thus, Judah becomes leader of his brothers, the
twelve tribes. He also convinced his father Jacob to allow Benjamin to go to
Egypt. Once they were all in Egypt, Judah spoke to Joseph on behalf of his
brothers.
God's salvation plan is
precisely that, God's own plan. Our
salvation plan, the one that each one of us could probably prepare as our
fruit, the fruit of our own tree of the knowledge of good and evil, from our own
mind, justice and moral, from our own works of righteousness before God, is no
good for Him. We are the ones that must accept God's salvation plan:
His Son Jesus Christ, who shall come to establish the Kingdom of God in the new
Earth, where all of us who accept God's salvation plan, the Lion of the tribe of
Judah, will live eternally.
In the prophecy of Judah's
blessing by his father, Jacob-Israel, we find one of the most
precious prophetic blessings in the whole Bible, that includes Judah, the
destiny of Israel, Jesus Christ - Yahshua - the Messiah, the Passion of the Son
of God, the lineage of the Lion of Judah and the prophecy about the coming of
the Kingdom of God:
And Jacob called his sons
and said, “Gather together, that I may tell you what shall befall you in the
last days: Gather together and hear, you sons of Jacob, and listen to Israel
your father. ... Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise; your
hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; your father’s children shall bow down
before you. Judah is a lion’s whelp; from the prey, my son, you have gone up. He
bows down, he lies down as a lion; and as a lion, who shall rouse him?
The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver
from between his feet, until Shiloh comes; and to Him shall be the obedience of
the people. Binding his donkey to the vine, and his donkey’s colt to the choice
vine, he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes.
His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth whiter than milk.
Genesis 49.
Such a relevant Bible Text
includes the prophecy about the kings' dynasty, David's, who would be the
symbol of Jesus Christ the Messiah, the King of kings. The announcement
that the One who was to be crucified comes from Judah, the reference to the donkey in
Palm Sunday, the reference to the Blood of Christ that stained His
garments, the Holy Supper, the merciful look in His eyes while dying on the
Cross. The resurrected Son of God, in his teeth whiter than milk, a reference to
the fact that He would be human. When Shiloh ("rest") comes, is the Title of the
Messiah as Prince of Peace, Isaiah 9:6.
Judah was the fourth son that
Leah gave Jacob: "Hodah, Yehuda, Yahjudah", "now I will praise the Lord";
and then she
stopped bearing. The tribe of the Lord comes through praise, and then there is
no purpose for Leah (spiritually speaking) to bear more children. And Rachel
bore Joseph, her firstborn. Joseph "Yashaph", "may he add, God adds, He
raises".
Rachel would conceive again and die in labour for Benjamin, once they were in
the promised land, and she died on the way to Bethlehem, once that God had
changed Jacob's name for Israel, leaving Bet-El; this is why the tribe of
Benjamin is next to Judah's, who takes care of him, and Joseph's has two parts:
one in Manasseh, on one side of the Jordan river and the other one on the other
side, in Israel, because all of us, the
whole Church, are part of Christ both Israel and the Gentiles.
Joseph is the symbol of the
Messianic Jews amongst the Gentiles, who saves Israel in Egypt, like
the first apostles did for the Gentiles in the world. Because we all know that
the first Christians were Jews, as we can see in the apostles and authors of the
books of the New Testament. Likewise, this is how it will be in the end times,
the Jews of the final prophecy will be the last ones to convert to
Christianity, the Messianic Jews that already exist and are growing throughout
the work, through the work of the Holy Spirit.
In our times, anti-semitism
is obvious in many societies that have not understood that salvation, as the
Lord Himself says, comes from the Jews, and God will judge all of us, Jews as
well as Gentiles (the rest of the nations). What then? Are we better than they?
Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Gentiles that they are
all under sin. Romans 3:9. The time has come to declare to those who so not know
that Jesus Christ comes from the tribe of Judah, in terms of the flesh, and in
His flesh nailed to the Cross, we have all been made holy, yes, in Jewish
flesh, that is where the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world came
to become the Lion of the tribe of Judah who establishes the Kingdom of God. The
roar of the Lion of the tribe of Judah is heard worldwide, but we, the nation
of lions, disciples of Christ, have also been roaring with Him two thousand
years that the Gospel of victory against sin and death is heard in every nation;
against the mistake of a life without God's perfect guidance, so that those who
believe receive Eternal Life here and now, and that Life is in Jesus Christ, the
spiritual Lion of the universe.
Finally, we must not forget
that Jerusalem, capital of Judah and Israel, is in the land of Judah and
Benjamin. David appointed it as the capital, for the whole of Israel
when he unified the kingdom. Today it is still the capital of Jews, the tribe
of Judah, that has given its name to the Israeli inhabitants of all the tribes of
Israel. But many have still not understood that Jerusalem is the capital of the
world, prophetically speaking, where we see the events that change the course of
human history. This is where the Lamb of God dies, where He resurrected, were
the Lion of Judah roars and where Jesus Christ will return in the clouds for
every eye to see Him and every ear to hear Him.
The seven seals that the Lion
of the tribe of Judah opens start with the four horses of Revelation: white,
red, black and yellow, followed by the souls of the martyrs for Jesus and the
sixth seal is the great earthquake that is now being announced by seismological
institutes across the world. The seventh seal pours over the earth the prayers
of the saints, the Church, all of our prayers in the name of the Son of God, in
Jesus' name, and again there is the earthquake. Then the seven angels blow the seven
trumpets followed by the seven plagues poured by the angels with the seven cups
of the wrath of God over a world in moral terminal phase and without the love of
God. All this happens at the end times and is sung by the Church in the new song
of Revelation 5:9.
You can clearly see the story
of the Lion who gives His life for the world in Narnia's first movie. Those who
have seen it will remember how the author has described the history of Jesus
Christ through Aslan, the lion king of an amazing world called Narnia where a
white witch, as the symbol of the serpent and the devil, with her armies, has
turned it into a frozen world and stolen its beauty and life, killing every
creature that opposes her. When the children, who are the main characters, enter
into Narnia, they are made kings who fight together with Narnia's armies. The
battle is not over until Aslan gives himself in to death instead
of one of the children and of Narnia. What the witch does not know is that the
lion would resurrect after the third day and would establish his kingdom turning
the frozen world into the paradise that once was. It is a film to preach the
Gospel to children, and also to those who are not children any more, for them to
understand Passover, the story of the Lamb of God and the Lion of Judah.
BIBLE TEXTS
... It shall come to pass
in that day that the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover
the remnant of His people who are left, from Assyria and Egypt, from Pathros and
Cush, from Elam and Shinar, from Hamath and the islands of the sea.
12 He
will set up a banner for the nations, and will assemble the outcasts of Israel,
and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
13 Also the envy of Ephraim shall
depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off; Ephraim shall not envy
Judah, and Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
14 But they shall fly down upon
the shoulder of the Philistines toward the west; together they shall plunder the
people of the East; they shall lay their hand on Edom and Moab; and the people
of Ammon shall obey them. 15 The
Lord will utterly destroy the tongue of the Sea of Egypt; with His
mighty wind He will shake His fist over the River, and strike it in
the seven streams, and make men cross over dryshod.
16 There will be a highway for
the remnant of His people who will be left from Assyria, as it was for Israel in
the day that he came up from the land of Egypt. Isaiah 11.
The Law of Return, passed by
the Knesset (Israeli parliament) is a movement that has been happening since
1948, a treaty in Israel whereby every Jew who returns to the Promised Land can
benefit from tax exemption, is provided with housing, education, social
integration, friends, etc etc. As long as they are not converted to Yeshua,
i.e.: Messianic Jews, who are in fact persecuted by Zionist and anti-Christ
Judaism, although there was an amendment in 1970 - but that is the theory.
However, the fulfillment of the prophecy of the return and establishment of a
Jewish state is in the hands of Zionist Judaism, until they get to see
themselves surrounded by armies and to the point of destruction, which is when they will
cry out to Jesus Christ the
Messiah, Yahshua, Jesus of Nazareth, Yeshua, in the battle of Armageddon.
Revelation 16:16.
The Lord also will roar from Zion, and utter His
voice from Jerusalem; the heavens and earth will shake;
but the Lord will be a shelter for His people,
and the strength of the children of Israel.
17“ So you shall know
that I am the Lord your God, dwelling in Zion My holy mountain. Then
Jerusalem shall be holy, and no aliens shall ever pass through her
again.” 18 And it will
come to pass in that day that the mountains shall drip with new wine,
the hills shall flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah shall be
flooded with water; a fountain shall flow from the house of the Lord and
water the Valley of Acacias. 19“
Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom a desolate wilderness, because of
violence against the people of Judah, for they have shed innocent blood
in their land. 20
But Judah shall abide forever, and Jerusalem
from generation to generation.
21 For I will acquit them
of the guilt of bloodshed, whom I had not acquitted; for the Lord dwells
in Zion.” Joel 3:16.
The Lord in the text above is
clearly Yahshua, Jesus Christ, who roared from Zion, from Jerusalem, but the
prophecy opens the second event in victory as King of kings and He shall return
to Zion and roar from there to every creation and will be the hope of His
people.
Now gather yourself in troops, o daughter of
troops; he has laid siege against us; they will
strike the judge of Israel with a rod on the cheek.2“
But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are little among the thousands
of Judah, yet out of you shall come forth to Me
the One to be Ruler in Israel, whose goings forth are from of old, from
everlasting.” 3
Therefore He shall give them up, until the time that she who is in labor
has given birth; then the remnant of His brethren shall return to the
children of Israel. 4 And
He shall stand and feed His flock in the strength of the Lord, in the
majesty of the name of the Lord His God; and they shall abide, for now
He shall be great to the ends of the earth. Micah 5:1.
Israel is finally about to give birth to the faith,
because the first time it was the Church, but at the end times it will
be in their hearts; because the first time the Messiah already came and
they wounded Him in is cheek, but the second one they will celebrate the
last Palm Sunday when they will proclaim Him King of the Jews, Hosanna,
Hosanna. Baruj Haba Beshem Adonai.
For the priesthood being
changed, of necessity there is also a change of the law.
13 For He of whom these
things are spoken belongs to another tribe, from which no man has
officiated at the altar. 14
For it is evident that our Lord arose from Judah, of which tribe Moses
spoke nothing concerning priesthood.
15 And it is yet far more evident if, in the likeness of
Melchizedek, there arises another priest
16 who has come, not
according to the law of a fleshly commandment, but according to the
power of an endless life. 17
For He testifies: “ You are a priest forever according to the
order of Melchizedek.” Hebrews 7:12.
The priesthood of Melchizedek, although it is
prior to the tribes of Israel, is linked to Judah, introduced to
Abraham first in Melchizedek, the lineage of priesthood that would run
in the spiritual genetics of the tribe of Judah, and became manifest in Jesus Christ, Yahshua, the Eternal Priest. Christ's
priesthood also changes the rules of the Law for God's love in man. Will
we love one another like He did with us, even while we are still in our
sins? because ... By this all will know that you are My disciples, if
you have love for one another... John 13:35.
... But one of the elders said to me, “Do not
weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah,
the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose
its seven seals.”
6 And I looked, and
behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living
creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had
been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven
Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. Revelation 5:5.
Lion Lamb. Read the prophecy in Revelation 6 and 8.
... And I heard the number of those who were
sealed. One hundred and forty-four thousand of all the tribes of the
children of Israel were sealed:
5 of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand
were sealed... Revelation 7:4.
Judah is the first tribe that is counted to be sealed
in the 144.000. Judah takes the place of the firstborn because these are
spiritual tribes, from the descendants of Israel but with faith on
Yahshua the Messiah, Jesus Christ. The right of the firstborn of the Spirit, not
the flesh.
CONCLUSION
Will you allow Jesus to correct the error in your
mind, your heart and life? Will you let Him take away the sin of your
world and will you receive Him as Lamb of God for you? Will you
understand that He is the Lion of the tribe of Judah who had mercy to
intercede, not only for Israel, but for every nation, and He is the only
One that opens the seals of His own prophecy for it to be fulfilled
before our eyes in His return and in every prophetical event in the
Bible in our times, close to the end of the world as we know it? And,
finally, will you be able to see in the Bible not just the letter, but
the Spirit, not only the Law but the Spirit, not only the history of
Israel and the Church but the prophecies of the Spirit?
The fruit of Jesus' death and resurrection is eternal life for all those who believe in Him in His Kingdom
whom, by means of His sacrifice on the Cross, He gathers as one:
the Church. We can read this prophecy about the gathering in one of the
children of God who were scattered in John 11:52, by prophecy of
Caiaphas, who was High Priest that year and therefore the prophetic
anointment was over him, and he said: ...“You know nothing at all,
50 nor do you consider
that it is expedient for us that one man should die for the
people, and not that the whole nation should perish.”
51 Now this he did not
say on his own authority; but being high priest that year
he prophesied that Jesus would die
for the nation, 52
and not for that nation only, but also that He
would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered
abroad. John 11:52.
Therefore, the Cross of Christ, in addition to saving
us for eternal life, delivering us from sin and death, compels us to
gather as one, meaning that we owe it to Him, our Lord, to be a Church
in unity, not scattered, a non-multidenominational Biblical Church, a
Church where the Love of God shines through, where every one who comes
to the Lord finds Christians to be his best friends and brethren,
the people of God, Jesus' bride. In this sense, His death and resurrection are
achieving two targets: that the Church in the world reconsiders their unity before His return, and that the children of Israel
gather in Holy Land from every nation and this, just so that they know,
is part of the fruit of the Cross of Yahshua, the Messiah, the Son of
God.
The revelation of the Spirit is that both the unity
of the Church and the unity of Israel go hand in hand, before the return
of Jesus Christ.
This Easter week, in Holy Supper, you will eat bread
and wine, but you will also know that you are eating from the fruit of
the Tree of Life, eternal life, becoming one with Jesus Christ, in
unity with the whole Church in the world, being delivered from hell, praying for the Jews, for the peace of Jerusalem,
but also to preach the Gospel to every creature around you before
judgment day comes, which is near. We are on the threshold of the fulfillment of the last eschatological prophecies that start with the
opening of the seals in Revelation by the Lion of the tribe of Judah
through the hand of the Lord Jesus Christ, who ... Behold, He is coming with
clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him (nailed
Him to the Cross, Jews and Gentiles, the whole of human kind),
Revelation 1:7. May God bless you in the Great Commission, eating from
the Tree of Life and inscribed in the Book of Life of the Lamb in the
New Jerusalem, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. Amen.
