YAHSHUA  BEHOLD, HE COMETH WITH CLOUDS; AND EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM, AND THEY ALSO WHICH PIERCED HIM: AND ALL KINDREDS OF THE EARTH SHALL WAIL BECAUSE OF HIM.  EVEN SO, AMEN. REVELATION 1:7.

PRIEST AFTER THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK

AND THE PRIESTHOOD OF THE MAN OF GOD

Melchizedek is the symbolic name of Yahshua when He met Abraham and He offered bread and wine, the “Holy Supper”; Genesis:14:17-20, Psalm 110:4. Later in the letter to the Hebrews 5:10;6:20; 7:17; & 7:1 is recognized as such.

Man’s priesthood, however, isn’t for his own salvation, neither for others. Salvation priesthood is exclusive of the Messiah, the salvation of souls, which I will call: the essence of the priesthood or the first part of the priesthood of Melchizedek. Melchizedek-Yahshua priest for ever, fulfilled in the cross, once and forever, that priesthood, beating death and resurrecting to return to the Heavens, and giving us eternal life to share with Him. For this, it was necessary that we were transformed in a new being, born again, with a new mind and new spiritual body that lives and enjoys the presence of God in His dimension.

Man has received from God the capacity to be a priest, because God is. But, how can man become a priest according to the order of Melchizedek if this priesthood has been fulfilled? Yahshua has opened the door that was closed, when He torn the veil of the Most Holy, when He died in the cross, so that when we accept Him as saviour, His blood (which is life, and represents the Spirit) cleans us of our human and sinful essence, and makes us saints by dressing us of Him, which takes us to the new birth to the Spirit, and changes our minds. With this access to God, what man can do now, once saved, is to become part of the rest of the work of the Messiah, the intercession for the people of God who are in the world.

Man has within his reach the invitation of Yahshua, the Master, to sacrifice his own life, every day, by the offering for others. Yahshua asks us to share that yoke that He carries, to “intercede” for men. This part of the priesthood is shown to us in Gethsemane, when Yahshua accepts to drink the glass of the bitterness of sin in our behalf. Luck 22:39 to 46.

However, the word priest before God, has different functions, one of them is sacrificer as this is what the priest did in religion as a ritual to repair the relation of man with God, to clean the sin of man; it’s root is “sacro” which ends in the word sacrifice. In the Law of God the sacrificing priest is ordered to offer an animal for thanks giving or to clean men from sin; the target is to make others who are people of God but are far from him spiritually, to be brought closer to God and receive presence of the Spirit. Also the priest is who “intercedes”, another word that comes from inter-cede, where to cede is to die, and inter, is in the place of; so who intercedes dies in the place of another. An animal life in the place of the life of a person, so that it can carry on living, because …the wages of sin is death… and in fact we will all die; and then resurrection for the judgment. This sacrifice would be continuous and useless, because it doesn’t change the mind of man.

The priesthood of the Messiah, does change people because it makes the Spirit of God come inside them, when we receive Him, and once and for all the eternal sacrifice has been fulfilled, being the Author of life, giving His life and taking it back. Yahshua is the Priest for excellence, the Master of the souls of men and women who have been made in spirit to His likeness.

Up to here we have studied the first priesthood, the one of the Messiah for salvation, and the one of the Messiah to bring the love of the Father and the unity with the Holy Spirit.

Now we will study the second priesthood, the priesthood of man who comes under the yoke to share it with the Messiah, where one accepts the burden of the sadness of the Father and of the Messiah in what we could call the altar of the priesthood, which is for another soul to be hugged by God in the priest’s place, the priest asks to be carried with the burden of another, to carry it next to the Messiah, this way the brother or brothers for which he offers, by being set free from their burdens, and as they love God and miss his presence, are going to experience being closer to God. Really it doesn’t mean that God will be closer, but that the person can perceive Him better by being free of his oppression and the typical worries of life and of the world. And who has offered will carry the burdens of those who are body of the Messiah, and will see himself in the same yoke with Him. Truly carrying the burdens with God. What a privilege to love like God loves!, even with our limitation. To be where You are my Lord, my Husband, You gave your life for me.

Spiritual priesthood is not a ritual of religion; it’s not done in public, but before God and being in the Messiah for love to others, every day. Only God and who offers know about it, and instead the blessing of God is received by those for whom the priest offers with the Messiah, these are the people of God, the wife, each in particular.

In 1John 3:16 we clearly find how the Word of God guides us to it: …Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren notice that it doesn’t say for our neighbor, but for the brethren. Important; we must differentiate between prayer for every one, good works for our neighbor and the sacrifice of our soul in spirit, to liberate a brother of the oppression of the system and from his own “self”, so they are free to come closer to the Lord; the power to bring paradise to the brethren. In this text in 1John, in the Greek text where we read “lives”, originally we find: “psique”-souls- …lay down your souls for the brethren. Then it follows by: …17But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?... 18My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

THE THREE PARTS OF MAN’S PRIESTHOOD

1.- To preach the Gospel of salvation to others

2.- To pray for our neighbour so that God brings the blessing to those whom we know need Him, so the may come to know God and believe in salvation by Yahshua the Messiah, and change their lives now, and so those who are people of God, are not lost. To help the neighbour with money, food, medicines, moral help and dress.

3.- The majority of people get to do as far as this, or should do or have heard that some do. The culmination of the priesthood is to lay down our souls in the Messiah before God, our spirit, our lives, physical and spiritual to carry the burdens that each of us can carry; this God knows, sharing with the Messiah, the high priest, the intersection that He does, this is why He invites us to His yoke, so that those who are His body, who love Him, receive spiritual blessing, that feel strongly the presence and the love of God. To …Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2. Each of us will carry his own cross, but the other disciples between them can help one to carry the burdens of another for love to the Messiah.

Those who have experienced the power to love like God, will do it for the rest of their lives. You know, by carrying the yoke of the Messiah, which is power of God. …For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:30.

Those who have felt that a brother has offered for them have understood that this is a reality and that it brings the blessing of God. It’s like if God had liberated you from all burdens and will bring you next to Him specially. Everything surrounding you is blessing. What are you waiting for? Lay down you life to God, for the brethren in the faith, specially for those you don’t love, because if you only do it for those you love, what’s your merit, the Holy Spirit suggests it.

The wife of the Messiah, this body of holy priests, every person that wants to carry his own cross and follow Him, becomes a complement of the Messiah. He is already bringing the presence of the Spirit (…I will not leave you orphans, without spiritual Father, without guide, I will send another counsellor…) to those who have received Him by the gift of faith. No one that has known this doubts it. But we also have within our reach to bring this blessing to our brothers and to Yahshua, because God has made us heirs with the Messiah and partakers of the Eternal Kingdom, where love remains.

Melchizedek-Yahshua is the eternal priest Who feeds the priesthood so that men’s priesthood becomes true and useful, by Him being in eternity, and because we are given the power to bring a bit of eternity for a bit of time; even before He comes in His kingdom. We can enjoy an advance of the Kingdom of God, now and here, not having to wait after death or caught up. The Promised Land is a brother if he receives God and builds up in Spirit, this land-soul, distills …milk and honey… the love of God, which is the promise of God over it.

Its part of the essence of those who want to become people of God, and it’s open to every person of any race or origin that seeks the only and universal God who is called Jesus Christ, or Emmanuel, which means: God with us, Yahweh or Jehovah, Yahshua or Yeshua. Isaiah 9:6 y 7:14 and also I am o I will be, with you; was the answer to Moses, about His name.

The door to God is closed to humanity, it is necessary to come in through that door. The door is Yahshua and the way is Yahshua, and the Life is Yahshua. Without Yahshua there is no access to God. This is the condition of God for human salvation. The only way He has to make us humble is to die for us. To try to justify ourselves takes us nowhere. Even more; he who tries becomes anti-Christ by not accepting Him as Saviour. It is not possible for man to justify before God. This is the Gospel: He who believes in Him will be saved. I mention this again just in case there is still any doubt.

14Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Yahshua calls us His friends, the same as the Father called Abraham His friend, the only one that was with MELCHIZEDEK, MESIAH and called him my friend. He had bread and wine with his Master, and learned the priesthood of intersection.

BIBLE TEXTS

24Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body’s sake, which is the church. Colossians 1:24.

6And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. Exodus 19:6.

1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1.

4To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, 5Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 1Peter 2:4.

31I protest by your rejoicing which I have in Christ Jesus our Lord, I die daily.1Corinthians 15:31.

10Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. Romans 13:10.

2Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2.

9But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood... 1Peter 2:9.

4The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent; Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. Psalms 110: 4.

12Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. Matthew 7:12.

17For thus saith the LORD; David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;  18Neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to kindle meat offerings, and to do sacrifice continually.  "Priests" Jeremiah 33:17 & 18.

6Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense. Songs of Solomon 4:6. This is where we go with the Messiah in the yoke of the priesthood.

Think for a minute that all the members of the body of the Messiah offered God their souls, to intercede for Yahshua, our High Priest, our Lord, who carries the burdens of all His people; I think that day the Kingdom of God would come.

In eternity, as my brothers are free of their bodies of death, and the influence of the world in their minds, have no temptation of anything, only love one another, as we won’t receive burdens from any one. Priests forever with no burdens. The Messiah has triumphed.

Glory to His name.

MEDITATION

Abel was a priest and offered God a lamb as a symbol of the Lamb of God. He did not offer his works, the fruit of his personal effort, as this is symbol of works of cult and fulfilment, of belonging to a religion or to the personal human moral. Cain does justify himself by his Works. But pay attention to this: Cain killed Abel. The man of moral or religion or science, kills the Messiah in Golgotha because he is anti-Christ, because he does not like to deny himself and become humble. Praise Him, who made himself humble, and humiliated being King of the Universe; He became poor and humble man and carried the sin of the world, which He never did. How wouldn’t I love you with all my soul Lord! Thank You…
